dev5_storages is a fully-featured, performance-optimized locker and storage system built specifically for FiveM roleplay servers using ox_inventory.

Allow players to buy or rent personal storage lockers through an immersive NPC interaction system – complete with automatic rent handling, debt locking, and optional police inspection functionality.

🔹 Multiple Locker Sizes

Players can choose between:

  • Small Locker

  • Medium Locker

Each size has configurable:

  • Slot amount

  • Weight limit

  • Buy price

  • Rent price

Everything is fully adjustable in config.lua.

💳 Buy or Rent System

Players can:

  • Purchase lockers permanently

  • Rent lockers for a defined time interval (e.g., 24h)

The system automatically:

  • Deducts rent from cash or bank

  • Tracks unpaid rent

  • Locks access when payments are overdue

🔒 Debt & Lock Mechanism

If a player fails to pay rent:

  • The locker becomes locked

  • Items remain stored safely

  • Access is blocked until the debt is paid

No item loss. No automatic deletion.

👮 Police Inspection System

Optional police integration:

  • Police officers (configurable job + grade) can inspect lockers

  • Inspection requires the owner to be physically nearby

  • Clean, dedicated police UI panel

  • Does NOT interfere with personal locker ownership
